well thats that.
spx keeps its ground, and pay vmc 850k, probably vmc's legal costs and a bit of booze money.
I reckon this litigation has been keeping vmc cemented in the 17/18 cent level so for me its a positive.
spx i would expect to get to 13/14 cents now.
the settlement does show though that there was some "grey" area..
anyway onwards and upwards hopefully
