Being overseas for a while and will be off again this afternoon, only to see this weak act from our Board of Directors whom, while this crap was going on, they continued to collect their emoluments, while we got nothing but angst and statements made by the company which came out into nothing.

Yes pi$s weak and twice as salty.... that is the treatment that we have been dished out by this mob.

One thing is for sure for me, and that is that, if I ever see any of those names appearing on the board of any other company, I will stay right away from them and will never touch any of them again with a six foot pole.

Currently we have a market cap of $21.31 mill. dollars with roughly 463,000,000 shares issued...now what will the share price be when we get those $25mill dollars, considering that we will still have to pay for the decommissioning of those existing wells.?? Plus..........is there any other costs to be incurred like legal fees etc, before the balance of that money will go into our bank account.?? And don't forget of course their ongoing pays.
Besides, have we entered into a contract with someone about renting the existing MEL offices in the NR.?? And if so, how long was the contract for, and will we be forced to pay if we are to cancel that contract/obligation.??

IMHO, it is a bloody and total disgrace.

I will definitely vote NO for such a proposal and I will vote NO for the remuneration and all other resolution put forward for that meeting.

Now, is that the reason that they ask for the AGM to be postponed until the day of that resolution so that they won't get the boot on the derriere by some cranky shareholders for what we have been put through.??Is there a method in someone's/their madness.??

I wonder....

They seem to forget that for many Mums and Dads investors, they might have all their retirement funds into this dog which now turns out to be full of fleas and full of mange too.

I sincerely hope that they will be refused the date extension they ask for from the Regulator, and force them to face the music before voting on the Government offer/proposal.
