I doubt any drill has an 81% chance of success - is that the dream they are selling now. These guys were all telling you Morocco was a sure thing a few years ago. I recall one brokers report when they were raising money in the 60s titled "Morocco if it was any hotter it would be on fire". This is now a one drill company, if they can find the other money to drill and it comes up dry, it will be actually worthless - zero. Unless of course the driller leaves them some half empty cans of Moroccos finest ale and a few cigarette buts to put with the discarded drill equipment on abandonment.
