Yeh if it was just as simple as a cr they would have done it. Which is why i thought delaying the payment was good news .(which apparently is hard to understand).
Even if it turns out to be a cr id rather be raising at 4 than 3. Just common sense.
Still have some doubts as to how high we will be allowed to run...
