Sorry lex, 100% pragmatic, what, specifically, is unfounded and unjust? and how can the first para be fine and the lack of having options @29, while buying on market, not being available fair, nor the impossibility of buying 1.4 million shares on market @$24.

Not sure where the falling apart bit comes from, IF folk think that the comment of an offer of $30 plus would not stabilise the sp and put a base level of the sp then I am a loss to further simplify that. The stability of the sp IS NOT any reflection, at all, that the company is a position of instability, far from it.

That we don’t need a offer (above current sp), that would reflect that the IP is sought after, that the company is worth more than the current MC is not something thing i can comfortably agree with. A offer of one billion would be a immediate validation of the spiel the company has put out.

Any offer of $30 plus ensures the options will be converted, it would also ensure no opportunity of buying at the last CR levels, (IF sp is below $29), it should also ensure any ‘games’ of sp manipulation are not confined to current levels but at levels of $30 plus.

My view only, haven’t traded, and everything to gain if this sp goes North, that, in the interim, should not prevent myself from discussing valid viewpoints that are pertinent to the company’s present position, it’s position in nine months and beyond that.
