Hi bar . I don’t disagree with what you say BUT a at this point in time the durability of AVRs TAVR is unproven . It’s not rocket science the ADAPT material has 10 yrs data which suggests the durability of the TAVR should eventuate but until we have 5 yrs data all AVR has to boast about is its superior performance . Needless to say that in itself is enough to sway most honest Surgeons to use it but who knows what these Doctors think or do nowadays . Patience is needed here everything suggests the TAVR is VASTLY superior in every way so if patients are aware who would want one of the others . GLTATH
