i don't understand - why would you not take the Yorkville deal over the raising? this makes me angry, i bought in on that announcement, at around 24c. Then, days later they announced an inferior raising deal, which, i would have waited till now to buy in at 21-22c, given the expectation of the sell-off and so forth. Clearly no intention of taking up the Yorkville deal, or using it as a stick to get L1 and others to pony up in an alternative deal. Shits me, i feel dudded given i acted on the first announcement, not the following deal.
