Someone explain to me, how this raising is economically superior to the Yorkville deal? Other than to ensure L1, Perceptive et al are rewarded in the short term and long term. The pressure on Wayne and others to do a raising with L1 and Perceptive clearly overrode what was a ripper Yorkville deal.
