Hi Eire, at a loss on understanding what you have said, ref between the sp and value.

What is your value of this company right now?, (in your humble opinion), right up to now my own humble opinion was largely based on company spiel, the internal valuation and the quote 10 months ago that one billion dollars would not be enough to buy this company. I would have thought discounting that spiel by 50% that a MC of 500 million dollars would be a reasonable one, especially in view of the last 10 months of good announcements plus enough funding for a runway of one year, plus the addition of the funding from the conversion of future options supportive of that MC.

That the Market still has this sp incorrectly valued after so long ‘not’ make anybody wonder if that there is a actual basis for that Market sentiment.

Perceived value and actual value can be two quite different figures, the former may/can be realised.

That is just my reflection on your comment, ground less or not, Imho.
