Hi Ice, with due respect, I don’t think your argument as quoted below flies. The SP was trading well over $20 for well over a year(and still do) before the recent raise when there were over 1m options at $10, 500k at $15 and many smaller in the money options. The SP is more susceptible to commercial success, products innovation/ trials and financial strength than out of the money options I reckon.
“why would any entity going long wish to see this company at $29 plus when a potential 20% of the company will be up for grabs (at levels similar to last CR) in nine months time if the sp does not hit the strike rate?”
