They would have had mgt changes up sleeve when they did this, why not raise at mid 3’s instead of high interest rate and 100m in the money options.
this company will be a $200m company unfortunately the share price won’t move just the amount of shares on issue
note that new exec chair hasn’t put his hand in his pocket
