It's very wise to raise initial capex as LTR's market cap is high, to avoid any potential hiccup like AJM experienced even PLS forced to raise capital at a depressed level at 30c last year.
I think it is likely to take few weeks to fade away the CR effect, then reclaim $1.65, which is quite common.
