The KI start up preso includes costs on insurance. 5m I think . It's like saying would anyone insure a house that burnt down once it gets rebuilt
With cash backing at 48c -48.5 c MGX is discounting KI to zero . Not assuming that it won't make a dollar but assuming the entire spend won't be recovered . With a break even ( to recoup all capex and OPEx) of 46 USD for 62 fines I think the market has got it totally wrong . I would place core value of MGX on current spot at about 65-70c a share and a conservative value at 55c . 36.5 is a steal and the stock even on today's close trades at a 120 m discount to cash
