Even though this settlement involves a cash payment of around $8 million it takes away a huge amount of uncertainty for RFG and in thenear future its share price should reflect its underlying performance and growth prospects.
I still believe the guilty parties in these terrible actions have never been properly punished and that is indeed an indictment on toothless tiger ASIC.
