Master of deflection. BLM doesn't care about disputed claims, especially when no one has applied to drill on any of them. And the claim was settled a year ago. If the dispute had arisen again, wouldn't have AZL been required to disclose it? The fact is that Native Americans, followed closely behind by non-Native ranchers, have political power. And, BLM doesn't want to pay legal fees to Center for Biological Diversity.
