Stevo, if you didn't join the class action initially, chances are not good. However there is a chance that some portion of the settlement fund could be allocated to those who haven't joined in the class action.
The reason why I mention this is because I was able to receive a payout from the AFG - Allco Finance Group - class action without joining at the time. So every class action are different but I would check your emails closely in the next few months. I guess the reason they were able to locate my holdings in AFG, they must have checked my CHESS holdings during the time the class action was affected.
