Funnily enough the unlisted dairy factory i tried to tell bellamys to buy so many times in south Gippsland was taken over before that same company took over bellamys years later. The bellamys board had no regard for shareholders. That was there missing ingredient they never really had any assets till far too late just a brand and packaging contracts with other companies
