    re: Ann: Settlement of dispute with Sunrise M... I assume a settlement deed was executed, as a means of Sunrise preventing further litigation (and costs) whilst the precise terms and wording of the final license agreement are being drawn up..

    Its certainly not because the patent had expired !!! :-)
