    re: Ann: Settlement of dispute with Sunrise M... Sorry geminiguy, I led you into that one - it is exactly why it was a settlement deed and not a license. You do not need a license to an expired patent. If the patent was still in force they would have had to take a license. That is why the licensing program has a very finite life span - any current or future infringement can be done without any form of license as the IP is off patent.
