Nice to clear this issue up. Correct me if I am wrong SXE carried booked the $10.5 mill disputed sum as revenue on there books. I also believe Decmil had a provision in their books for a similar amount. Therefore if you read the announcement that said the outcome will not affect the accounts I can only conclude that Decmil have agreed to pay at least the bulk of the sum in question.
Onwards and upwards SXE are a strong reliable well managed entity working in a tough industry where the financial position of some of their clients are not always clear. I expect a positive response to this announcement and a strong result financial result to be announced shortly.
