So NXE has a dispute with Regius over them stealing assets. Then in mediation it's decided to use them again as consultants and pay them out for stealing NXE assets and then NXE apologise to them. What a way to bend over and take it from behind managers of NXE.
What exactly are NXE paying them for? To keep driving this business into the ground and keep making stupid decisions.
After this announcement I hope someone with a lot of shares starts calling for a management spill. The managers and board of this company are not working for share holder interests they are working for their own interests. Fire the lot of them. Write off the company. Return whats left of it to shareholders.
