I would like to know the details of the settlement. We as shareholders own the company and are entitled to know how the case was settled. Hiding behind confidentiality is typical of the way this company has operated in the past. Freedom of information,to shareholders at least, should be paramount.
Despite this, it is good to have a resolution.
