This is a fantastic outcome for Anteo. $300k to put it to bed is a win in my book.
Ferro fished and could see they couldn’t win, but could have kept us in court for years.
I do wonder about the confidential terms though.
Are we banished from dealing with Ferro customers that they introduced to us.
Is this the last time we hear of Trinseo and Wyon.
Im not sure which was introduce by Ferro but pretty sure at least one of them was.
Neither were going to be company makers, but would have been nice to get the ball rolling.
The shackles have now been removed so there are no more excuses as to why the interactions on foot can’t progress to the next levels quickly with the matching promotion, pomp & ceremony worthy of such a deal.
