With the lack of any real forward momentum since the Ferroglobe settlement, perhaps we should consider the possibility that they pulled out not because they felt beaten, but because from information gained they came to the conclusion that there was probably little in it for them anyway.
The lack of news on any front and the now distinct possibilty of a further cap raise does not inspire me with confidence.
