No Marketing promoting the technology could happen until the legal case was settled.
NO Government would supply a Grant to a company with a pending court case pending..
NO Customer would enter into a supply agreement where there is a pending case.
Here we go - the commercial opportunity has been unlocked...!!! we are on like donkey kong...
