Can not see how anyone can consider the court case out come to be good news, shareholders were told ADO had done nothing wrong, that shareholders had nothing to worry about but now they have to pay $300k to Ferroglobe, plus court costs and other costs. ADO management need to explain why shareholders were told they had nothing to worry about well I would consider having to pay the $300k plus other charges something to worry about. What will be next another failed collaborator taking ADO to court knowing management will just roll over. Or where shareholders again misled
