What would you rather? Anteo to keep fighting the case and potential appeals by Ferro? And that could prevent us to sign any deals for the short and medium term future?
Or just pay them $300k to shut them up so we can start to sign deals that could be worth millions?
Surely you can see that being right doesn't always extracts the most value here?
