No what I expect is management tell the truth, so if management says ADO hasn't done anything wrong and shareholders has nothing to worry about but then caves in and agrees to pay $300k says one of two things, one being ADO had something to answer for or that ADO will lay down to anyone who will take them to court even if they have nothing to answer for.
So yes it's good to get this over and done with but only time will tell if it's the right decision.
