I don't think administration is an option for Anchorage, in my opinion they will lose everything if company goes into administration. The only value that company has is future earning and now tarnished brand.
Clients would stop hanging around and I would not be surprised that there would be class actions by clients against SGH for failing to deliver obligations under contracts. Any half decent administrator would have to set up fund to compensate customer, which would leave nothing to lenders.
They need to restructure the company, change organisational culture and work with shareholders, they are not working with current shareholders.
