If you look at revenue numbers, customers have already started heading for the exit. (Reduced year on year revenue.)
If company goes into administration more customers will head for the exit, more employees will head for the exit which will take customers with them.
There will be likely class action by customers for failing to deliver promised service.
From my personal experience company is already failing to deliver the service.
Any half decent administrator would have to set up fund to compensate customers, which would leave nothing to lender.
They need to restructure the company, change organisational culture and work with shareholders, they are not working with current shareholders.
Regulator should conduct investigation into stolen money by previous directors irrespective of class action settlement. This is as much about trust in the system as it is about money.
