not sure how the terms could remain consistent given the recap agreement (the completion of which which was a condition of the hall settlement) has subsequently materially changed.
the announcement then goes on to refer to the recap announcements with no reference to the fact the second one involved a brand new set of terms, a lazy 50 million and a post recap ownership structure that does not remotely resemble that which was agreed to in the hall proceedings..
'The Company announced the Recapitalisation on 29 June 2017 and 31 August 2017..'
