'The Hall Proceeding settlement, the shareholder
claimants scheme and the senior lenders scheme are all conditional on each other and each component must
be approved before all can take effect as a combined group of measures to restructure the Company.'

The interdependencies here represent a complete and utter f up imo. Failure points all over it. We already knew they were conditional so why repeat it? Is it a warning to holders that they better bend over and vote for the recap if they want their cup of coffee on MB? Does this possibly indicate management have concerns about the senior lenders proposal getting over the line? The MB settlement was a joke anyway. The amount had insulted eligible holders without providing any answers as to how a billion dollars was flushed down the toilet, and without admission of any wrongdoing to boot. The settlement also did nothing for the current sp except for a short lived rally of a few cents. Vote no to the recap and raise Hall from the ashes.. so what. Vote no. Gltah
