I noticed that the settlement of the Hall proceedings absolves all directors involved from all future claims etc.
I assume that this is only in respect of the CA proceedings and does not extend to other matters in this whole sorry saga. Does ASIC have the authority to ban these people from acting as directors of a public company in the future without commencing proceedings against them wnich now seems likely. Surely they are not going to get off scot free for all the damage they have caused. Does anyone know?
