Would selling the holdings of fully paid shares (at a loss), then paying for the Rights be considered a Wash Sale by the ATO?
Would it make a difference if the Rights were paid for, converted to shares, then the original of holding of shares selected to be sold?
Does anyone know the rules in this case?
