Did my bit for ENN today, and took the family to the Featherdale Wildlife Park....the kids loved it, and it was a pretty impressive tourist attraction - the car parks were full, and plenty of tourist buses and groups coming through the aisles

I know ENN have highlighted the strong cash flow generated by this asset (picked up from a non core asset disposal from AHD)....but I think ultimately this must be a property play, with over 3 hectares of flat land close to major transport links in western Sydney makes it pretty ripe for redevelopment....which would be unfortunate
