re: Ann: CNX: Settlement of Laverton Asset Sa... Handing over half a million + would not make sense unless the intention is to continue gold production at Laverton when the pog rises to a level making it profitable.

"Full and final settlement" as we know means there can be no further claim on any production in excess of 75000 ounces at ANY time in the future.

They must be confident of prices increasing considerably down the road for this decision to be made, as am I.
