Here's a FACT.....

If AMG wanted control they could have had it....converting their convertible note to equity and loading up on the raises...

Instead they demanded payment for the note at the worst possible time and knowing cash was fragile at the time, strategically imo and instigating a rush the TNT sell off which is why we got a bad deal....sold fast out of necessity....due to none other than AMG demanding their note paid out at the time.....IMOO and DYOR on dates....
