I notice from Canaccord's latest flash note that they retain their spec buy @ .70.

But I was interested in their view of the latest announcement re the retraction from court proceedings by LPI.
We understand this to mean that the issuance of a CEOL to Codelco over MSB's concessions will likely be eventually overturned.

And also, concerning the new board appointments,
These appointments to the LPI board provide further alignment between the major JV parties for the development of the Maricunga project and, in our view, could lead to further ownership consolidation within the JV.

The last few words in that sentence speaks volumes to me.
