    Jus want to make sure I am reading this right...

    Bird dog picked a fight and commenced legal proceedings and now are settling for almost $7.5m AUD...not to mention the $1.5-$2m they spent on lawyers themselves and the year or so they had no stock to sell.

    Is anyone at board level being held accountable?
