it seems an admission of guilt that they did not tell Zeta about the dispute with GSPC and the debts associated with that dispute. note also that RM failed to disclose it to the market and all other shareholders as well. Should RM be held accountable for not adequately informing the market of an event that has a material impact on the value of the company?
