Can anyone make any idea what point 4. Means in regards to the fact that point 5 states that only 1,2 and 3 are dismissed..
What are these directors fees and how much are they?

1. Supreme Court of WA proceedings CIV 1547 of 2019 being a defamationproceeding against Hock Goh, Deborah Ambrosini, Heng Yu, Darryl Moore and Peter Stern.
2. Supreme Court of WA proceedings CIV 1327 of 2017 being a defamation proceeding by Deborah Ambrosini, Hock Goh and Kevin Hollingsworth against David Breeze and Tony Lewis.
3. Magistrates Court of WA proceedings MRO 366 of 2019 being a Misconduct Restraining Order against Ms Deborah Ambrosini.
4. There has also been a standstill agreement relating to Directors fees claims by Hock Goh, Deborah Ambrosini and Kevin Hollingsworth against BPH, GBA and Advent Energy Limited.
5. Each of matters outlined in 1, 2 and 3 are to be dismissed with each party to bear their own costs and with no admission of liability by any party.
