Something positive desired from me? Already given for the observant. My sentiment changed from sell to none.

Elsewhere if some thought is given to the consequences of Oracle choosing to settle one may be very positive indeed.

Large insurance companies and banks and many other companies using large database software may be impinging on the patent in question too.....and Oracle's capitulation will weigh heavy in their thinking and discussions with IPR's legal partners.
