A very early settlement.... and sadly once again dramatically less than was being targeted when the action commenced. This coupled with the german case being abandoned is another sign that IPR has the cart in front of the horse.

Lets hope the positive quarterlies start soon ---- as the assertion business is bringingin much less revenue than planned.
