29th March trading halt with 1Billion shares being issued to sophisticated investors, obviously the market must have god wind of the size of the raising and the shares fell after these bold predictions on the 17th, the underwriters managed to dump there load and the shares continued to fall to where they are now 20.5 cents, but its not all over as the retail investors, just to be fare, are now being offered shares at 21c, well done BOD and now just today Foster stockbroking has come out and issued a broker report putting a price of 52 cents on the shares with the retail investors capital raising to come.
