Just a correction - the raise isn't 1 billion shares. I'm being lazy and not looking up the actual numbers but it's around 600 million ($122mill @ 20.5 cents).We'll have around 1.1 billion at completion and with no need for another raise for a long time. They may even have enough cash to do Fungoni once it can go ahead.
