I don't think this is what it is saying but I could be wrong. I read it as 'the Award (with litigation expenses subtracted) won't necessarily be distributed according to the ownership structure'. Which seems odd - should we be expecting more or less than our ownership share? Either way if it comes through then the share price will fly, it's just an odd statement to drop in.
