    I still don't get how we suddenly owe Touchstone 900k USD. The whole thing is dodgy as fk.

    we went IPO (raise money) to purchase all patents from Brian Joseph (Touchstone). And in the course of processing Cfoam, I don't know why we still pay leasing fee to them. And, most importantly they
    are our customer. Now we owed them money? Staff cost keep going up and production still pretty much the same or worse

    go figure that out yourself...
