    Have they? They say the consideration is $300,000, comprising (as agreed) $20,000 cash, and $280,000 cash minus adjustments for outstanding obligations.

    PUR hasn't detailed what the quantum of those "outstanding obligations" are. Could be that PUR has got substantially less than $280,000 upon settlement.
