It would be good to hear from management what will be the immediate and longer term implications of the settlement for MVM activities.
It seems not much will change in terms of China label production as the statement clearly signals A2M will work with Synlait on a second SAMR product slot and registration past 2029. MVM is a long way off seeking China label IMO. USA product also seems to be locked in for Synlait although it's unlikely to be material in terms of volumes.
That leaves English label, and the ability to manufacture this at MVMl still depends on them building a blending and canning facility or outsourcing this to another party.
So I want to know what activities (e.g. base powder manufacturing) they can transfer internally to MVM and when e.g. Jan 1st 2025 or later? And will they finally pull the trigger on the B&C expansion.
