When the JV deal gets done, PVD will get a voluntary suspension then make the announcement. Then the stock should be 12c-20c. So you have own the shares ahead of the announcement, which should be in <3 months. I am buying more at these levels given my view that the Saudis want oil at US$60/bbl+ for their debt and privatization plans (therefore OPEC production cuts will stick).
